ORDERING

How do I place an order?

Browse our collections, select your preferred size and colour, and add items to your bag. When you're ready, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping details, and complete your payment. You'll receive an order confirmation via email once your purchase is complete.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed securely through our encrypted payment gateway.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

We begin processing orders promptly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make changes, please contact our concierge team as soon as possible at concierge@runwayhim.com. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, though modifications cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfilment.

Do your prices include taxes and duties?

 Prices displayed are inclusive of VAT where applicable. For international orders, import duties and local taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.

SHIPPING

Where do you ship to?

We deliver worldwide to over 170 countries. Wherever you are, we'll get your order to you via our premium logistics partners — FedEx, DHL, and UPS.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery times are as follows:

  • European Union: 3–5 business days (Economy) | 1–3 business days (Express)
  • Rest of World: 5–7 business days (Economy) | 3–4 business days (Express)
How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can also track your order directly through your account on our website.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes, express shipping is available at checkout. Express delivery is 1–3 business days within the EU and 3–4 business days for all other destinations. Rates will be displayed at checkout based on your location.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

 We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. For full details, please visit our Shipping & Returns page.

How do I initiate a return?

Contact our concierge team at concierge@runwayher.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We'll provide you with a returns authorisation and instructions for sending your item back.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the credit.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

We're happy to assist with exchanges subject to availability. Please contact our concierge team to arrange an exchange before returning your item.

Every item sold on RunwayHer is 100% authentic and sourced directly from authorised brand partners and official distributors. We guarantee the authenticity of every product we sell.
